Dansk Retursystem - who operates the Danish deposit and return system – previously had Passion CONSULTING develop their ambition for the digital experience in accordance with their brand promise and proof points. Now they needed Passion CONSULTING’s help to define, set up and execute the project “Digital Future” that could deliver on their new ambition.
Initially, business and technical pain points were uncovered and with insights from setting the digital ambition, scope, project phases and business case was created. Some key elements were clear support of jobs-to-done and call-to-actions. The project’s phase 1 creating a new website, and phase 2 dramatically improving mutiple self-service platforms, worth a total investment of 1,1 MEUR was approved by the investment board.
Phase 1 delivered Dansk Retursystem’s new Digital Visual Identity materialising their brand promise and digital ambition, as well as implementing a new website on a new technical platform on-time and on-budget meeting expectations. The second phase will deliver a contemporary self-service experience introducing new business critical functionality incrementally – as opposed to “big bang”.
